悬浮剂浓缩液

1 .浓缩液组成

悬浮剂成品需要由A液，B液与消泡剂三种浓缩液混合搅拌得到；

2 .应用工艺

喷枪喷干粒，甩釉柜甩干粒，钟罩淋。

3 .使用说明

使用方法一：先将浓缩液稀释成悬浮剂/胶水

(1)先加92%自来水，然后添加消泡剂0.05%,搅拌均匀。小样约搅拌1分钟，批量生产约搅拌10分钟。

(2)再分别添加4.5汇5.0%的A液和B液，一般先各添加4.5%,如流速达不到20-25秒再补加一些，注意A和B应等量添加。小样约搅拌3分钟，批量生产约搅拌30分钟。搅拌转速在80T20转/分钟即可。

使用方法二:直接配成干粒釉，

按以下比例和顺序添加，然后搅拌均匀即可

水60%+干粒35% (视工艺添加〉+消泡剂0. 05%+A液2. 8%+B液2. 8%

4,产品优点

(1)添加量少，操作简单，绿色环保；

(2)能降低60%悬浮剂腋水采购成本；

(3)产品保质期长，密封保存一年内不会变质；

 三. Concentrate sugar medium

1.Composition

final medium product mix with A、 B and defoamer

2.Application

Spray and disco sugar glaze, Bell glazing

3.Instructions

I : Dilute to final medium product

Stepl: Add 92% tap water;

Step2: Add defoamer 0. 05%, Stir evenly, if sample, stir

1 minute, Batch product, about 10 minutes.

Step3: Add 4.5%A and 4. 5%B , stir slowly, if sample, stir3 minute, Batch product, about 30 minutes. Stirring speed80-120r/minute is ok.

Final viscosity: 20-25 second (Adjust the viscosity byadjusting the A and B amount)

II： Make sugar glaze directly

Add according to the following proportion and order, andthen stir evenlyWater 60%+sugar frit 35% (depend on RD) +      defoamer
